1. Scanned colored copy of passport biopage
Resolution 600 DPI (must be 6 months valid from the date of departure for UAE)
2. Scanned 2x2 colored picture with white background in decent attire
3. Accomplished UAE Visa Application Form (please sign on both sheets)
Duration of visa processing: 3 – 5 working days (regular), 2 – 3 working days (expedite)

Remarks: Ports of entry can either be Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.
Additional documents may be requested if necessary.
General Information on UAE Visas
- All visa fees paid through AMB Travel Hauz are strictly non-refundable.
- The Tourist or Visit Visa(s) is valid for single entry within 60 days from date of issue.
- Ports of entry are either Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.
- The traveler may stay in the United Arab Emirates for 30 days from date of entry. Request of extension may be emailed to sales@ambtravelhauz.com at least 7 working days before expiry, subject to approval and additional fee.
- Original Tourist or Visit Visa(s) with door-to-door delivery can be requested for a nominal fee.
- Traveler should hold a confirmed return or outward ticket.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Read the General Information, Application Process, and Terms and Conditions.
- Download the Visa Application Form (VAF). Once all requested information are provided, have it sign, then send the form together with a clear scanned colored copy of passport biopage and 2” x 2” photo, white background to sales@ambtravelhauz.com
- Applicant will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of the application with payment instructions and requests for additional documents, if necessary.
- If additional information and documents such as Proof of Income, Letter of Employment, Travel Authorization, Form of Guarantee, Previously Issued Visas, or SEC/DTI Certificates for Business Persons are required, you may email these to sales@ambtravelhauz.com
- If Tourist or Visit Visa(s) is approved, Electronic visa copy shall be emailed to the applicant immediately. Otherwise, the traveler will receive a notice that the application has been rejected or denied.

Terms and Conditions
- AMB Travel Hauz is providing this facility for travelers who intend to go to United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). AMB Travel Hauz is hereby declares that it has no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Government of U.A.E./Immigration Department. Therefore, neither AMB Travel Hauz or any of its management and staff, including its agents will in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay beyond its control in the processing or rejection of any visa applications.
- This facility is open for travelers visiting the U.A.E. fulfilling the eligibility conditions announced and amended from time to time by the U.A.E. authorities.
- Issuance and approval of visa is solely regulated by Government of U.A.E. and governed by their rules and regulations which may be amended from time to time.
- Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
- Travelers desirous of being sponsored for a visa should be holding a valid airline ticket traveling into U.A.E. with onward/returning journey. AMB Travel Hauz will not be responsible for and will not be liable for travelers who have not been able to travel due to denied boarding, off-loading, cancellation of flight, delays, or and any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of AMB Travel Hauz
- In case of rejection of visa application, the applicant will be informed of such without obligation on the part of AMB Travel Hauz to refund the visa fees and disclose the reason for such rejection. It is understood that whenever the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted, or interfered with for any reasons whatsoever by U.A.E. Immigration Authorities to process travelers visa application, AMB Travel Hauz shall not be liable to any applicant for any loss or damage which may be suffered as result of such causes and AMB Travel Hauz shall be discharged of all its obligations hereunder.
- Issuance of a visa or approval on the visa application does not in any way guarantee the traveler the right to enter the U.A.E. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer at the Airport. In case of denial of visa or entry into U.A.E. by the Government, AMB Travel Hauz shall not be held liable to any party in any manner whatsoever.
- The visa is valid as per the Government of U.A.E./Issuing authority's rules and regulations which may be amended from time to time. The visa must be availed within its period of validity.
- Travelers will be solely responsible to ensure they fulfill U.A.E. Government requirements for travel which may include Police clearances, medical insurance, etc.
- AMB Travel Hauz shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that information provided by the travelers in its application form shall remain confidential. However, AMB Travel Hauz shall not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information
- AMB Travel Hauz reserves the right to add, alter, or vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability and all travelers availing of this facility shall be bound by the same.
- The processed visa will be sent to you by email with JPEG or PDF format in attached files.
- Please ensure correctness of your email address/es.
- After receiving your visa, you must have it print and present upon check-in at the airport for your flight.
- Travelers are requested to check the correctness of their visa and in case of any discrepancy bring it to our notice immediately.
- Travelers are advised to carefully go through the ”Note“ printed on your visa for “Validity of Permit” and “Duration of Stay”.
- Travelers expressly declare that they have read and understood these terms & conditions and that they are in compliance thereof.
