ITINERARY

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT TAIPEI AIRPORT (NO MEAL)

Arrive in Taipei. Meet and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 : HALF DAY TAIPEI CITY TOUR (B)

After hotel breakfast, start half day Taipei city tour & National Palace Museum Tour.

Day 3 : DEPARTURE (B)

After hotel breakfast, enjoy free time until transfer to airport.

Re: Passport and Flight Details

*All passenger passport details and flight details must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

*On day/last minutes submission of passport details will charge agent USD 20/pax.

Re: Foreign Passport

*Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking, we will automatically charge to your account. We cannot collect directly from the pax, it is your responsibility to inform them of such.

Re: Booking

*Upon booking, please provide pax name, travel date and state the tour code for faster confirmation. Hotel need at least one name to hold one room.

Re: City Tour Pick up and Departure Pick up

*Please remind pax to be in the lobby on time for city tour pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in coach resulting to their failure to join city tour and no special transfer will be provided.

Re: Check in Deposit

*As an international practice, during check-in in every hotel need an incidental deposit which is refundable. Kindly remind passenger to bring extra for this matter.

REMARKS

*SIC ARRIVAL TRANSFER AT AIRPORT IS SUBJECT TO MAXIMUM OF 1 HOUR WAITING DUE TO COMBINING WITH OTHER PASSENGERS.

*SIC DEPARTURE TRANSFER AT HOTEL IS SUBJECT TO MAXIMUM OF 10 MINUTES WAITING TIME DUE TO COMBINING WITH OTHER PASSENGERS.

*Surcharge of USD 10 per van per way will be imposed for transfer between 2300 - 0700 hrs (also applies if flight details are advised on later date or flight details changed.

*All rooms are subject to availability upon point of booking made only.

*Full cancellation charges applied to any cancellation made 2 weeks before the departure or once booking has been finalized.

*Whole guaranteed period, Full Charge Penalty for any cancellation, amendment & no show.

*No refund will be extended for any unused services or tickets.

Arrival Pick up Guidelines:

All passengers will be met outside the belt after baggage claim area by the driver with guests name on the signboard.

After greeting, the guests will be escorted to the transportation.

In the event that passengers and driver misconnect, it is suggested that passengers proceed to the nearest Visitor Pick Up Information Counter for assistance and call our Hotline at (65)98389170. (Please take note that this number is strictly for transfer services only, not for reservations)

**Amendment of pick-up timing must be at least 72 hours before departure and we will not entertain any last minute changes.

What is not included

• Any other expenses which are not specified in the package inclusions
• Expense of personal nature such as laundry, mini bar etc.
• GST @ 3.09%

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 45 days or more - 40% of tour cost
• Between 44-31 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 30-11 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Within 10 days to date of departure - 100% of tour cost

What to know before you book

• Package valid only for Indian nationals.
• Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Via.com will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
