IMPORTANT NOTES:
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
- Upon arrival at Busuanga Airport, please proceed to the arrival gate and look for our representative holding a placard bearing your name.
- Hotel pick-up time is usually set at least 2.5 to 3 hours before departure. Kindly wait at your hotel lobby for our representative to easily locate you.
- Any transfers beyond the designated hotels/resorts may require additional fees.
- Please make sure you have advised your accurate departure flight details to your reservations officer.
- Free pick-up only from any Coron Town accommodation. Pick-up from remote resorts or accommodations that will require special transfers may be subject to additional charges.
- Pick-up time is 8:00am to 8:30am. Tour starts time is 8:30am with duration of 7-8 hours.
- Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the pick-up time. The tour guide will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby and will be waiting maximum 15 minutes after the advised pick-up time.
- Some destinations may be replaced depending on availability.Free pick-up only. Return will be to the guests own arrangement. Drop off will be at the wharf, downtown.
- Surcharge of Php 100.00/pax if pick-up from Asia Grand View, Coron Westown and Coron Hilltop. Guest will be charged for waiting time if there be a delay on their part during pick-up. Please make sure that you are finished with breakfast and ready at the lobby before the given pick-up time. Snorkeling equipment of Php 150.00 is under guest personal account. Refundable mask and snorkel deposit of P150 each.
- The deposit is returned once mask and snorkel are returned in good condition. Damages are charged accordingly.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
- Driver's Tip is not included and it is at your discretion.
- Tours confirmed and paid are non-refundable.
