Pick-up from Cebu Mactan Airport:
- We will inform to you via text/sms the details of your assigned driver (name, plate number and his mobile number). We will send you sms if we have your Philippine local mobile number. But we don't have your contact number or if you only have an international mobile number, the driver will meet you in the arrival area.
- There is only one exit at the ARRIVAL area (lower level) at Cebu Mactan Airport and all drivers have to wait at a specific marked place (yellow lane with barrier). Look for the driver holding a placard bearing your name.

Pick-up from Cebu City Hotel:
- We will arrange a pick-up time at your hotel. The driver will usually wait at the reception for you or at the parking area if you have a mobile number of the driver. Make sure you are asking for the driver. In case there is a "no show" of the driver, please call the following number to contact us: (632) 464-9326, 0918-492-4088 (Smart), 0927-793-0404 (Globe), 0942-346-1288 (Sun).
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Please be informed, you have booked a transfer package with us, that means this is a binding agreement.
- In case of flight delays, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid surcharge for more than 1-hour waiting time. P300/hour - Car, P450/hour - Van
- If you have missed the flight or cancelled the flight by yourself (Personal negligence), payment is forfeited.
