- Upon arrival in KALIBO/CATICLAN Airport, kindly acknowledge your names written in our ISE welcome board.
- Always put your ISE Sticker.
- Welcoming of DELAYED FLIGHTS is only 1900 or up to the last trip schedule of Island Star Express.
- Rates are one way per person (Seat in Coach-mixed with other passengers)
- Discounted rate for kid 3-10 years old.
- ETA 17:30pm onward in Caticlan Jetty port additional P5/head for NIGHT NAVIGATION FEE shall apply on guest account.
- No Environmental Fee for kid 11 years old below. Bring Passport or Birth Certificate.
- No Terminal Fee for kids 5 years old and below. Bring Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Aklanon and Boracay residence are also free provided with a valid residential I.D.
- Discounted rate of 20% for Senior Citizen with valid OSCA ID.
- 1600 Estimate departure pick up time in Boracay for flight 20:31H & onward.
- Additional P50/unit for every drop off resort.

A day before guest departure, RESORT FRONT DESK officer will inform the guest about their estimate departure pick up time based on the advise SCHEDULE OF ISLAND STAR EXPRESS.
- Be on time for the pick-up schedule of guests at the resort. Guests who are late for 10 minutes from the original time schedule will be left behind by our coordinators and drivers and will have to await the next available pick-up schedule. ISE is not responsible for the consequences of the gusts' delay.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
